Our Fertility Consultations

All patients will be required to attend an appointment with one of our specialist consultants who will a detailed medical history and documentation for you and your partner (if applicable). For females this would include a pelvic ultrasound scan to assess your womb and ovaries and an Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) blood test to give an indication of your ovarian reserve. For the male partner, we would arrange a semen analysis to assess the quality of his sperm. If you are in a same-sex relationship and you are unsure which partner (or both of you) will have treatment, we would suggest you both have these tests.

If you have already had initial investigations into your fertility or have had treatment elsewhere already, please bring along any results that you have to your first consultation at the centre.

We hold regular open evenings for people who are unsure how to take the first steps in obtaining help to start their families.

Our open evenings give you the oppotunity to find out more about the range of treatments and services we offer. Meet our specialist fertility consultants and meet our friendly team members who will be on hand to answer any questions and discuss the kinds of treatment available to you.
