What is the difference between NHS funded treatment and self-funded treatment?

Privately funded treatment

This is a self funding option whereby you pay for all of your treatment. Once you have paid your cycle fee everything is included; you will not be invoiced for any extras. Our team will work hard to ensure that you have the best outcome possible with a single treatment cycle (where possible).

Transparent and fixed pricing

At the iTrust Fertility Clinics, we offer patients a transparent and fixed pricing option for fertility treatment and services. And one of the biggest factors is the price. Unlike many centres who are offering multiple packages, we offer single cycles that are fully inclusive and very competitive.

NHS Funded Treatment

The iTrust Fertility Clinics provides NHS funded fertility treatment.

Your eligibility for this type of funding is dependent on where you live and whether or not you fulfil strict criteria. The criteria is set by your local Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and clinics cannot treat anyone who is not eligible under these contracts. Self Funding

If you are not eligible for NHS treatment and are considering paying for treatment yourself, the unit has its own eligibility criteria:

This criteria is supported by evidence-based medical practice designed to maximise your chances of success. We will not put you through unnecessarily expensive, invasive and stressful treatments if we believe they are highly unlikely to succeed.
