We recently had a successful ISO inspection at the unit in October 2019 and the service was scored good overall which is a great achievement for the team.
The Sussex Downs Fertility Centre has obtained BS EN ISO 9001:2015 certification for Quality Management, which supports our commitment to quality patient care and continuous improvement.
ISO accreditation is an endorsement of our multidisciplinary approach to infertility treatment, requiring expertise from clinicians and nurses, embryologists, counselors and the administration team. We aim for high quality standards in all our procedures and processes which is evidenced by our our excellent pregnancy rates. To ensure we provide you with the best service across the team, we constantly assess ourselves through monitoring of anonymous patient satisfaction forms; our rate of positive feedback is over 95% regardless of treatment outcome.
